Organize a Delegation
Consider organizing a special service team if you:
- Can enroll a group of 8 to 15 people who are interested in participating
- Want to customize your trip to focus on a create a particular experience for your group, set your own dates, or focus on a particular topic (e.g., education, health, poverty).
Special teams are ideal for many different types of groups including:
- High school groups
- Colleges or universities
- Clubs such as Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, Spanish Clubs, etc.
- Alumni groups
- Religious or spiritual groups
Groups can be organized for a service work trip (Tom, links to below and submenus) experience or for a service learning experience.
To form a Special Delegation, just follow the steps below:
- Email us at director@internationalpartners.org to let us know of your interest.
- Identify one or more group organizers.
- Download and complete the Special Delegation Inquiry Form and mail it to International Partners 1320 Fenwick Lane, Suite 400, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910 as early as possible. A representative from International Partners will contact you to discuss your inquiry and walk you through the subsequent steps.
- Identify at least 8 to 15 people who want to participate. Smaller groups are possible, depending on the interests of the group and the timing. Or, we may have another small group that you can join.
- Download the Participant Application and ask participants to complete.
- Collect the $50 processing fee for each application and send the entire group's applications and processing fees to: International Partners, 1320 Fenwick Lane, Suite 400, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910
